April 30 - May 1, 2022	Dog Agility Club of Long Island (DACLI), Spring Agility Trials, Bayshore, NY - A New Title for Slider! The courses were tough this weekend, but Slider managed QQ #14, MX leg #16, MXJ leg #25 and he now has 350 total MACH points. The 25th MXJ leg got Slider his Master Jumpers - Bronze title. We couln't be happier!
April 14 - 16, 2022	Dauphin Dog Training Club Agility trials, Palmyra, PA - We took a little trip to PA for a three day agility trial. Tough Courses! Slider earned QQ #13, MX leg #15 and MXJ legs #23 and #24. He also added to his MACH points total (339 so far). Slider also earned another T2B leg (#11) and he has a total of 89 T2B points.
April 9, 2022	Long Island Golden Retriever Club, Agility Trial, Bayshore, NY - Slider goes three for three, getting QQ #12 (MX leg #14 and MXJ leg #22). He also added to his MACH points total (299); and he also earned a qualifyer in T2B (10 legs and 84 points).
February 19 - 20, 2022	Deleware County KC, Glouster Township, NJ (Dream Park) - This weekend we journeyed to Dream Park and met up with Slider's breeder, and watched her dogs run agility. They did well, but Slider had success too! Slider earned QQ #11, MX leg #13, and MXJ legs #20 and #21. He earned 25 more MACH points for a grand total of 281.
February 11, 2022	Long Island Golden Retriever Club, Obedience Trial, Bayshore, NY - Slider earns a qualifying score (his first leg) in Rally Advanced. Handled by Margaret, he also earned a first place finish!
February 5 - 6, 2022	Taconic KC Agility Trials, Bayshore, NY - Slider plays agility this weekend on Long Island gaining MXJ legs # 18 and 19. He now has 254 MACH points!
January 15 - 16, 2022	Dog Agility Club of Long Island (DACLI), Winter Agility Trials, Bayshore, NY - Starting off the New Year with a bang, Slider shines again! 1/15: Handled by Margaret, Slider earned his 11th MX leg, and his 16th MXJ leg. 1/16: Slider earned his 12th MX leg, his 17th MXJ leg and his 3rd Novice Fast Leg. With that comes a new title ... He is now known as: CH Blazin's Payoff Pitch RN MX MXJ "NF" CGC. With his qualifying runs, Slider earned 2 more QQs (he now has 10) and 39 more MACH points (for a total of 247) towards his title.
January 11, 2022	It's a special day at Islandflats as we celebrate Slider's Birthday! Today he becomes four years old! Our youngest dog is also our biggest dog! Joining the festivities was Dazzle and Tripper who all had Frosty Paws. Despite the fact that it was quite cold on this winter's day, nobody seemed to mind. It was after all, a special occasion.
